Prayer at Hope

What is prayer?

Prayer is for everyone! And it is at the centre of everything that we do at Hope Church.

Prayer isn’t reserved for certain people, or special locations. Prayer is simply talking to God and we can all do this at any time.

Early Morning Prayer

Following on from our 40 days of prayer in January 2023, where we met every weekday morn§ing to pray online, we’ve seen a great hunger to continue. So every Monday morning, we’re gathering online for 15 minutes to pray together. Don’t worry, you can have your camera turned off!

Request Prayer

We have a prayer team ready and waiting to pray for you.

We’d love to pray for you. Contact us below and we’ll be in touch.

Prayer & worship evening

Throughout the year we come together with one agenda – simply to pray and worship God. These are relaxed, informal nights that last about one hour. Details of the next one will be announced in church and on our social media.

Prayer courses

Developed by 24/7 prayer, we run both the Prayer Course and the Prayer Course 2 at Hope Church. These are interactive sessions, with a video and space for group discussion. The courses take place throughout the year.

21 days of prayer

We start each new year with a guided 21 days of prayer. Each day an email will be delivered to your inbox with a short devotional and a theme to pray about that day. To get involved sign up to our newsletter.

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind,
be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Ephesians 6:18
